Nuwave Rate Update 1.17

For the last couple of weeks, interest rates  have seen a drop for the first time in quite a while. With this brief reprieve, rates dropped below the 6% range - a true joy to see for potential buyers trying to cash in on their New Years Resolution early.

Anecdotally, I have seen the market become rapidly more competitive for the first few weeks of January. Agents have been telling me about homes with 5-6 offers on them all over asking.

With affordability being out of reach for many first-time buyers, this brief window of discounted rates shows a glimpse of the size of pent-up demand waiting to rip into the market.

Right now as good as we may see this year to purchase a home.
