Interest Rates for 8.10.22

As expected, rates have stayed steady this week in comparison to last week. The FED does not have a meeting in August (next one Sep 21).

We expect rates to stay consistent over the next couple of weeks. As we get closer to the first of the month, and into the first few weeks of September, we predict the market to begin pricing in the 50 bps rate hike that is expected to be implemented by the FED in their next meeting.
