After multiple days of the largest swings in the bond market since 2008 late last week, we are finally seeing some stabilizing of interest rates.

Rates came down at the beginning of the week and remain steady today. But, I do not expect these rates to stick around too long...especially considering the CPI print coming next Thursday (10.13). Be on the lookout for our update and analysis then.

If you have buyers considering putting offers in this weekend, I would highly recommend doing so, as I would expect rates to begin to creep up again by mid/late next week following the CPI print.
